Situated on the mezzanine level within the new foyer of the Potter Museum of Art, Residence offers a contemporary dining experience grounded in education, creativity, and exceptional service.

Founded by hospitality veterans Nathen Doyle and Cameron Earl, Residence offers more than just a place to eat. It’s a space for ideas to flourish, for service to shine, and for visitors to enjoy moments of pause and presence amidst the Potter Museum experience.

With decades of combined experience in the hospitality industry, Nathen and Cameron bring their expertise and vision to Residence. Where up and coming chefs will take up residency bring their own visions to life.

Whether you’re joining us before a tour, after an exhibition, or simply passing by, Residence invites you in, with seasonal menus, thoughtfully curated drinks, and unbeatable coffee.

The Chef in Residence program at the Potter is coming to a close, with Robbie Noble completing his residency in May.

Restaurant service will continue until 16 May, Tuesday-Friday, 9am to late, Saturday, 11am to late.

From Monday 11 May to Saturday 16 May, Robbie will present a special final program celebrating some of the most loved dishes from his time at the Potter — a chance for visitors to experience and enjoy the residency one last time. Book now.
